Citadel Capital Management, Inc. is the private equity umbrella company that coordinates investments for David Butler.  Mr. Butler’s background began in the real estate and construction industry, including syndication, finance and banking.  In 1986 his investment focus moved to operating companies.  While still maintaining land development investments in real estate today, Citadel’s primary focus is on majority interest development-stage investment opportunities.
